Calm, steady guidance

I met Traci a little over a year ago (wow – only a year?!) and we instantly connected over witchcraft and lifestyles. She quickly became my go-to person for all things growth, development, career, general freakouts… all of it. Through our work together, Traci and I realized I was in my Saturn Return years and she really helped me navigate some intense transitions in my life. In the last year, I’ve attended both her Self-Compassion and Aligned Relationships Deep Dives, along with many other Balanced Roar sessions. These courses taught me so much about relationships. I’ve learned to experience relationships from a place of openness and curiosity, to constantly ask questions, to give myself credit, and to approach things from a place of true self. I’ve learned to be more open to experience and authentic in my reactions to things. Traci’s guidance hasn’t only impacted my personal relationships, but my work relationships as well. I’m developing a career and sometimes that means I play a very high-stress, high-stakes role within my job. Traci manages to walk me through those difficult situations and conversations with calm, steady guidance. Traci has provided me with all of the tools to learn about myself, determine what it is I really want from life and relationships, and work towards those goals from a grounded place of authenticity. The growth I’ve experienced in the last year and a half wouldn’t have happened (at least not smoothly) without Traci! She’s truly my go-to person for all things in life.

Nurturing Spirit

Traci’s Monday sessions are like sitting down at a virtual community table sipping tea to learn, reflect, and relax. She thoughtfully and intuitively selects topics to get our minds flowing and offers useful tips that can be used for greater spiritual connections, expanding mindfulness practices, and life hacks to name a few. She ends each session with a meditation, perfect for ending a Monday and starting the week. I look forward to the Monday sessions as a way to connect and learn. The biggest take away though is receiving; a simple knowing of feeling cared for and loved by Traci. She embodies a caring, nurturing spirit in all of her works and offerings.

For example, if you want to meet virtually once a week vs once a month, or chat everyday or once a week, we'll tailor your pricing to how much energy and attention you want. Small groups may be an option for a smaller investment and a variety of payment plans are available to meet your needs.

We'll discuss how you like to connect. Technology provides us with all sorts of options and I'm happy to adjust based on what's best for you. I like sending/receiving voice memos or videos as well as connecting via text/email and truly love a hybrid.
