In this Deep Dive into Inner Compassion, we use a variety of techniques and modalities from science to spirituality to explore Inner Compassion. We:

  • practice mindfulness
  • examine storytelling in our Self relationship
  • identify our negative Self talk
  • work on radical acceptance
  • explore inner child work
  • restructure our Self talk from a compassionate lens

We practice journaling, mindfulness, ACT and CBT psychology techniques, creative visualizations and pure magic to transmute some old bullshit into new power.

Back to us being unique and magical individuals, we don't all learn and engage the same way. With consideration for neuro divergent and highly sensitive people as well as respecting our individual processing capabilities, this Deep Dive into Inner Compassion is designed to be accessible for all. You have access to a video AND audio recording of the session. Get deep in a way that makes sense for your pretty brain and your schedule.

Practice how you choose

This isn't just "meditate and journal." If that works for you, great. But for the rest of us, the first session covers various ways to digest, process, reflect, and incorporate. New information that digs in, dives deep into our shadows can be uncomfortable. Learning it doesn't have to be, too!

Week 2: Storytelling & Language - the words we use; inner critic practice

Week 3: Inner Child -  be nice to that little nugget; inner child practice

Week 4: Acceptance - being at ease with what is; self nurturing practice

Week 5: Rebuilding - rewrite, reparent, rewire; self trust practice
